Change Analyst Contract

CKI is seeking to employ a Change Analyst for a contract engagement with one of our Premier Victorian clients.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in change management field
  • Proven experience in conducting impact assessments to identify areas of change to be addressed
  • Experience in preparation of change and adoption strategy, and communication plans
  • Practical experience in working with change management tools and methodologies
  • Prepare written reports and process maps and to propose business solutions
  • Experience in organisational change readiness assessment and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborating effectively with key stakeholders
  • Proven experience facilitating workshops or sessions with diverse audiences and stakeholders. Confidence conducting engagement sessions to large audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering training programs
  • Good understanding of eLearning, digital media and learning management system application


  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Define and measure change success measures and monitor change progress
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
